Passed peacefully away at Brookfield Hospital on Friday, June 22, 2012 Abel Hillier age 90 years of Newtown. Predeceased by his parents Jesse and Susan Hillier; brothers Carl and William. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife Mildred; son Michael(Annie); daughters Rosalind(Rex) and Myra(Harold); brother Leo(Jean); sisters Martha, Daisy(Harold) and Doris; grandchildren Daryl, Duane, Justin, Jason, Autumn, Joshua, Michael and Shannon; great-grandchildren Ryan, Amy, Tyler, Abby, Graydon, Eva and Brody; great-great-granddaughter Jacey; and a large circle of other relatives and many friends. Resting at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove. Funeral service to take place at Trinity United Church, Newtown on Monday, June 25, 2012 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at the United Church Cemetery, Newtown.
