HAYWARD, Jack – Age 72 years. Passed peacefully away at The Health Sciences Centre, St. John's on June 23, 2011. Predeceased by parents Allan and Carrie (Gaulton) Hayward. Leaving to mourn wife Blanche (Hicks); one son Otto; three daughters: Lynn (Jude), Susan (Stanley), Roxane (Tom); six grandchildren: Andrew, Stephanie, Sabrina, Toshia, Rachael, Tyler; one sister Ena (Bartlett) Hayward; eight brothers: Byron, Randy, Allison, Eric, Harold, Winston, predeceased Kevin and Boyd. At his wish cremation has taken place. Visitation at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Musgrave Harbour on Saturday, June 25, 2011 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. with funeral service to follow on Sunday, June 26, 2011 at 2:30 p.m. at the United Church, Musgrave Harbour.
