It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of their loved one at Bonnews Lodge, Badger's Quay on Monday September 28, 2020 Zena L. Winsor age 94 years.

Predeceased by her parents Lester and Myrtle Howell; husband Cyril Winsor; brother Alexander Howell(Lillian); step-brother Baxter Howell; daughter-in-law Elizabeth Winsor; son-in-law Oliver Barefoot; brothers-in-law Malcolm Winsor(Virtue), Jacob Winsor(Frances) and Nathan Winsor; sisters-in-law Louise Lewis(Duane) and Frances Welsh(Arthur); brother-in-law James Kean.

Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are her daughter Sandra Barefoot; sons Eric(Beverley), Verle(Tina) and Wallace. Zena leaves to mourn step-sister Marion Winters; sister-in-law Olive Kean; step-sister-in-law Joyce Howell; grandchildren Dean, Lisa, Patrick, Patricia, Nicholas and a number of nephews and nieces.

Due to COVID restrictions and recommendations visitation, funeral and burial will be by invitation only.

Visitation will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove on Thursday, October 1, 2020 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. followed by the funeral service with Rev. Daka  officiating. Interment to follow at The  Jubilee United Church Cemetery, Wesleyville.

The family would like to extend their thanks and appreciation to the staff of Bonnews Lodge for the care and compassion provided to their mother during her time at Bonnews Lodge.

In Zena's memory and in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Jubilee United Church Cemetery Fund.
