It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Tuesday, April 26, 2022  in her home at  Deadman's Bay,

Yvonne Bernice Goodyear age 85 years .

Predeceased by her parents Edgar and Alfreda Stokes; husband George Goodyear; 4 brothers and 1 sister.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her sons Shawn (Melissa) and Rick; grandchildren Stephen, Mitchell, Patrick and Nicholas; brother Leslie (Pearl) Fifield of Cape Freels; sister-in-law Leah Stokes of C.B.S.; a large circle of nephews, nieces, and other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 2 P.M. - 4 P.M. and 7 P.M. - 9 P.M.

Funeral service will take place at St. Andrew's United Church, Deadman's Bay on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at 2 P.M. with Rev. Roberta Vincent-Bungay and Rev. Lorne Bungay officiating. Interment will follow at The Goodyear's Private Cemetery, Deadman's Bay.

As an expression of sympathy,  flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to The Goodyear Family, they will decide at a later date on monetary disbursements .
