It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at Dr. Y. K. Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre, Brookfield, William Vincent ag e 90 years of Newtown.

Predeceased by his parents Eleazer and Priscilla Vincent; wife Melinda Marie Vincent; brothers Tom, Lewis and Lester; sisters Evelyn, Nellie and Winnie.

Leaving to mourn with cherished and loving memories are his sons Jim (Penny) of Alberta and Gary (Elizabeth) of Newtown; daughters Bonnie (Doug) of Ontario, Peggy (Jack) of Wesleyville and Glenda (Philip) of Wesleyville; grandchildren Nicholas, Joshua, BJ, Victoria, Albert, Ashley, Alyssa and Michael; great-grandchildren Kaylee, Leah, Logan, Christy, Eleanor and Olivia; sisters Marion Short of St. John's and Kathleen MacMillan of Ontario; and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove beginning on

Saturday, 1pm - 2pm (Family), 2pm - 4pm (Public) & 7pm - 9pm

Sunday, 2pm - 4pm & 7pm - 8pm (Public) & 8pm - 9pm (Family)

Funeral service will take place on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 2pm at Trinity United Church, Newtown with Rev. Lorne Bungay and Rev. Roberta Vincent-Bungay officiating. Interment will follow at the Trinity United Church cemetery, Newtown.

As an expression of sympathy and in his memory, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made to the Vincent family, with a decision on monetary disbursements to be made later.
