It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Sunday, June 12, 2016 at Dr. Y. K. Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre, Brookfield, NL, Wilhelmina Sturge age 85 years of Deadman's Bay. Predeceased by her first and second husband; Edgar Goodyear and Albert Sturge, parents; Ralph and Myrtle Kean, daughter; Evelyn Stokes, grandson; Bobby and sister; Mary Goodyear. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her sons; Maxwell Goodyear (Jane) of Deadman's Bay, Cluney Goodyear (Linda) of CBS, son-in-law; Gerald Stokes (Wavey) of Deadman's Bay, brother; Maxwell Kean of Pound Cove, sister; Ethel Blackwood (Gerald) of Gander, brother-in-law; Nathan Goodyear of Bishop Falls, grandchildren; Paul (Tammy), Trevor (Darlene), Shane (Yvonne), Craig (Danielle), Stephen, Chad, Jocelyn (Jason), Denise (Jeremy), Dana (Darryl), Kelsey, Kristen, great-grandchildren; Zackary, Brady, Summer, Robyn, Myles, Devon, Amber, Riley, Kirsten, Taylor, Marina, great-great-grandchildren; Jasmine, Phoenix, Daniel, Shelby, Liam, Alexis, Shamus, William, Sawyer, Brayden, Sophie, Austin and a circle of other relatives and many friends.

Resting at St. Andrew's United Church Deadman's Bay from where the funeral will take place on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at 2 P.M. with Majors William and Barbara Pearce officiating. Interment will follow at The Salvation Army Cemetery, Deadman's Bay. As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to The Janeway Children's Hospital.
