It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear loved one on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at Dr.Y.K.Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre, Brookfield, Wilfred Carter age 91 years of Greenspond.

Resting at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove with visitation starting on Wednesday at 10 A.M. - 12 Noon (Family Only); 12 Noon - 9 P.M. (Public). Funeral service will take place at St. Stephen's Anglican Church, Greenspond on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Cindy Graham officiating. Interment to follow at The Interfaith Cemetery, Shambler's Cove.

Predeceased by his parents Robert and Minnie Carter; sister Alice; and eldest son Roger. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife Susanna; sons Tony (Christine) of Greenspond, Dennis (Cindy) of Mt. Pearl and Jeff (Lorna) of Badger's Quay; daughters Dale (Art Jerrett) of Greenspond, Jackie (Lloyd George) of Whiteway, Joy (Peter Barfoot) of St. John's and Sheila of Greenspond; 19 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in Wilfred's memory may be made to the Carter family. A decision on monetary disbursements will be made at a later date from donations received.
