It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our loved one at home surrounded by his family on Monday, August 19,2019, Watson Brenton age 77 years of Centreville. Predeceased by his parents; Hedley and Winnifred Brenton, sisters; Shirley Smith and Jacqueline Coats, brothers-in-law; Eli Rideout and Hubert Head, sister-in-law; Maisie Brenton, father-in-law; Alfred Pickett, mother-in-law; Emma Pickett and nephew; Jason Pickett. Leaving to mourn with cherished memories are his wife; Nita, son; Jerome (Lori) of Trinity, daughter; Tina (Jamie) of St. John's, grandchildren; Jeremy Brenton of Fort McMurray,AB, Shawna Brenton and Jason Waterman of St. John's, sisters; Bernice Rideout of Gander, Christine Head of Gander Bay, Myrtle (Gerry)  Holloway of Labrador City, brothers; Clarence Brenton of Gander Bay, Leo Brenton  (Terry) of Ontario, brothers-in-law; Alfred Pickett (Sadie) of St. John's, Brian Smith of Welmont, NS, Maxwell Coats of Gander Bay, nephews; Jonathan Pickett (Nicole) , Brayden, Ben, niece; Emma and many more nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will take place at St. Barnabas Anglican Church, Centreville at 2 P.M. on Tuesday, August 20 from where the funeral service will take place on Friday, August 23 at 11 A.M. with Rev. Daphne Parsons officiating. In keeping with Watson's wishes Cremation will take place after the funeral service. Inurnment will take place at a later date. As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Watson's memory to The Brenton Family. A decision on monetary disbursements will be made later.
