It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear loved one surrounded by her family on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at Dr.Y.K.Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre, Brookfield, Wanda Ferne Stokes age 52 years of Cape Freels.

Predeceased by her grandparents; Job and Annie Stokes, Stewart and Minnie Brown. Leaving to mourn with beautiful and loving memories are; her parents, Frank and Hazel Stokes of Cape Freels, sister; Joanne (Bill Cross) of Valleyfield, nephews; Ryan Cross of St. John's, Devon Cross (Teanna) of St. John's, great –nephew; Carter Cross , two very special Angels , her Caregivers; Rose Vincent and Amanda Goodyear and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will take place on Friday, July 28 at 2 P.M. at Trinity United Church, Newtown. Inurnment will take place at a later date. As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Wanda's memory to the Stokes family.
