It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one at Bonnews Lodge, Badger's Quay on Saturday, April 4, 2015, Walter Wells age 90 years of Brookfield. Predeceased by his parents Walter and Eliza (Wicks) Wells; wife Jane; son-in-law Thomas Jones; brothers Arthur(Evelyn) Wells, Hubert(Mable) Wells, George(Janet) Wells, Leonard Wells, Roland(Margaret) Wells; sisters Mable(Absalom Kelloway), Sarah(Redverse Fisher), and Annie(Henry Bentz). Left with fond and loving memories are his daughters Debbie Jones of Ridgeland, Mississippi, USA and Barbara(Clem Gigliotti) of Presto, Pennsylvania, USA; grandchildren Lillian Jones, Nichole Jones and Derek Hague; great-grandchild Oliver Jones; sister-in-law Elizabeth Wells; several nieces, nephews and their families; and close family friends Tony and Shirley Sturge. Resting at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove from where the funeral service will take place on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Brian Hannon officiating. Interment to follow at the Jubilee United Church cemetery, Wesleyville.
