It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear loved one on Monday, May 8, 2017 at Bonnews Lodge, Badger's Quay, Walter George Pickett age 71 years of Indian Bay. Predeceased by his parents; George and Mary Pickett. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are brothers; Stephen William (Madeline) of Hamilton,On, Calvin (Linda) of Indian Bay, sisters; Jane (Arthur) of Lewisporte, Audrey (Bernard) of Centreville, Maxine (Cecil) of Hare Bay, 5 nieces, 9 nephews , a large circle of other relatives ,many friends and three loving care- givers; Brandy, Sabrina and Roxanne. Resting at St. Mary the Virgin Anglican Church, Indian Bay from where the funeral service will take place on Wednesday, May 10, at 2 P.M. with Rev. Daphne Parsons officiating. Interment will follow at the Anglican Church Cemetery, Indian Bay. As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in Walter's memory may be made to St. Mary the Virgin Anglican Church, Indian Bay.
