It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one at Dr. Y. K. Jeon Kittiwake Health Center, Brookfield on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 Venus Joyce Hunt age 58 years of Wareham.

Predeceased by her parents William and Lena Keats; brothers Samuel, Arthur and 2 infant brothers; sisters Laura (Lewis), Maxine (Edgar George), Marion (Henry) and infant sister; parents in-law Percy and Louise Hunt; brothers in-law James Hunt, Arthur Hunt and Gordon Hunt (Rosalind).

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her husband Leonard; son Calvin (Melissa); grandchildren Sierra and James; brothers Norm (Christine), Ellis (Janice), Harry, Rheuben (Cathy), Lester (Vanessa), Brendan (Geraldine), Gary (Dana) and Lewis (Marlene); sisters Brenda, Katie (Darren) and Ada; brothers in-law Wilson (Brenda), Roland (Diane), Percy (Amelia), Kenneth (Edith), Carl (Linda), Lorne (Pauline) and Kevin (Bernadine); sisters in-law Lucy (Roland), Irene (Wilfred), Annie (Malcolm), Emma (Larry); Hazel Hunt and Arletta Hunt; a large number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove on Thursday, May 18, 2023 from 7 - 9 p.m.

Funeral service will be held at St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, Wareham on Friday, May 19, 2023 at 3 p.m. with Rev. Daphne Parsons officiating. Interment to follow at The Anglican Church Cemetery, Wareham.

As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in Joyce's memory may be made to the Hunt family. A decision on monetary disbursements will be made later.
