Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, Trixie Marjorie Glover age 73 years of Centreville.

A loving wife to her husband of 54 years, Harrison. Compassionate and devoted mother to her children, Andy and Nancy. Loved by her grandchildren, Nick, Grayce and PJ. She will be dearly missed by her extended and numerous relatives of both the Glover and Pickett families and a large circle of friends. Her two best friends Sue and Alma were her biggest fans and supporters.

Trixie appreciated each and every moment in life. She was well known for her love of music and dancing. Trixie was the life of a party and always loved entertaining friends. She was one in a million for her kindness and generosity. She baked many cakes and was honored to give them away.

Trixie painted many homes in the community since her retirement. There was no job to big that she wouldn't take on, she was fierce and could move mountains.

Trixie is predeceased by her parents William and Nita Pickett; parents in-law Bela and Blanche Glover; son in-law Shawn Cook; brother Maxwell Pickett; brother in-law Robert Glover; sister in-law Geraldine Glover.
