It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Friday, April 8, 2022 at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, Terry King age 61 years of Badger's Quay, NL.

Terry King was born to Florence and Jack King on March 19, 1961. He was always a sociable man, who loved to gab, loved the ocean, and was always ready to cook up a feed. He had a adventurous life, from fishing with his Uncle and brothers, to being a Captain on the St. Brendan's ferry. He worshipped his mother and he loved his children. He died peacefully surrounded by family and love, on April 8, 2022. He leaves behind many people who love him, including his two children Jolene King, and Ryan King, the mother of his children, Lillian Winter, his three brothers, Roy, Dean and Jack, and his sister Deanna. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who grew up with him being a big part of their lives. He had many friends and he will be dearly missed by all of them. Terry King is with his mother and father now, knowing that at the very end he was surrounded by love and peace at last.

Visitation will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove,

Sunday, 2:15pm - 4:15pm (Family Only)

Monday, 2pm - 4pm (Public) & 7pm - 9pm (Family Only)

A Private Family Funeral Service, by invitation only will take place on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 11am at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove with Mr. Samuel King officiating.

As an expression of sympathy and in his memory, i n lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the King Family, who will make a decision on monetary disbursements at a later date.
