It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear loved one on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at her residence in Brookfield, NL, Shirley Patricia Winter age 73 years.

Predeceased by her parents Lewis and Fannie Best; parents-in-law Stanley and Betty(Elizabeth) Winter; sister Bernice; sister-in-law Joan.

Leaving to mourn her loving husband Pierce; son Shawn (Danetta) of Badger's Quay; daughters Amanda (Derek) of Harbour Grace and Trudy (Craig) of Lumsden; grandchildren Tristan, Christopher, Kayla, Tyler, Alex, Jarod and Logan; great-grandchildren Courtney, Sierra, Nevaeh, Damon, Faith, Jaxson, Alexis, Kian, Landon, Jayce, Ava and Kya; sisters Sharon and Paula; brothers-in-law Stanley (Jane) of Brookfield, Lawrence (Shirley) of Badger's Quay, Norman (Lorraine) of Valleyfield and Bruce (Eliza) of Brookfield; sisters-in-law Patsy Best (Derrick) of Wesleyville and Violet Gill of Gambo; and a large circle of relatives and many friends.

Resting at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove from where the funeral service will take place  on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 11 A.M. with Rev. Renee Easton officiating.

As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Shirley's memory to The Winter Family, they will decide at a later date on monetary disbursements.

Wearing a mask during visitation is not mandatory but highly recommended
