It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Tuesday, August 15, 2023,  at James Paton Memorial Hospital , Gander, NL ,Shirley Joan Sturge age 63 years.

Predeceased by her parents; John and Letsie Sturge and brother; Gordon Sturge.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her sons; Lee of Clarenville, Wayne (Shereye)  of Dover, daughter; Mandy (Shane) of Newtown, brothers; Jack of Ontario, Gus (Sue) of Wesleyville, Calvin (Margaret) of Pound Cove, sisters; Martie (George) of Badger's Quay, Mary (Sam) of Ontario, Brenda of St. John's, grandchildren; Isabella, Kera ,Landen, Parker, Marissa and a large circle of other relatives and many friends.

Visitation for Immediate  (Family Only) will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove on Friday, August 18, 2023 at 2 P.M. - 4 P.M.

As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to her family.

In keeping with Shirley's wishes, cremation will take place.
