It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Monday, March 14, 2022 at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, Archiball Shawn Wellon age 59 years of Ladle Cove, NL.

Predeceased by grandparents; Arthur and Rosie Wellon, Mereta and Luther Mouland, nephew; Nathanael Steele and sister-in-law; Wendy. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his parents; Max and Alva, brothers; Christopher (Ivy) of Ellscott, AB., Junior of Grand Prairie , AB., sisters; Maxine (Jody) of Ladle Cove, NL., Mereta (Gino) of Grand Prairie, AB., nieces and nephews; Kayla (Keith), Devin, Brandon (Amy), Damian (Charity), Miranda (Gary), Curtis (Kelsey), Shawna (Johnny), Tamara (Gaylen) and a large circle of other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will take place at St. Stephen's United Church, Ladle Cove on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 from 2 P.M. - 4 P.M. and 7 P.M. - 9 P.M.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at 2 P.M. with Pastor Leroy Gee officiating. Interment will follow at the United Church Cemetery, Ladle Cove.

As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Shawn's memory to St. Stephen's United Church, Ladle Cove.
