It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one at Brookfield Hospital on Friday June, 5, 2015 Seymour Stokes age 81 years of Cape Freels.

Predeceased by his parents Job and Annie; sisters Lydia, Neta and Ellen; brother Gerald. Left with fond and loving memories are his wife Verna; sons Curtis( Trudy) of Gander, Garrit( Peggy) of Cape Freels; daughter Cavell(Wayne)of Cape Freels; brothers Frank (Hazel) of Cape Freels, Esau (Maggie) of Cape Freels, Harold(Daisy) of Bareneed, Wayne( Jocelyn) of Cape Freels; sister Elsie of Cape Freels; grandchildren Dwayne, Lesley, Nathaniel, Cameron, Glenda, Kasie and Noah; great -grandchildren Christy and Alli; and a large circle of other relatives and many friends.

Resting at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove. As a expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to The Stokes Family.

Funeral service to take place at The Gospel Hall, Templeman on Monday, June 8, 2015 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at The Cape Freels Cemetery.
