It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at Dr. Y.K.Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre, Brookfield, NL, Raymond Philip Parsons age 91 years of Indian Bay.

Predeceased by his parents; Charles and Caroline Parsons, parents-in-law; Albert and Polly Parsons, brothers; Stanley (Alma), William (Vera), Martin (Neta), brother-in-law; Wilfred Hunt, son-in-law; Malcolm Collins and grandson; Jason Pickett. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife; Nona, son; Philip (Elvira) of Scarborough, ON., daughters; Sandra (Calvin Cutler) of King's Point, Irene (Jeff Locke) of Mount Pearl, Sadie (Alfred Pickett) of St. John's, Polly Collins of Enniskillen, ON. , Rexine (Hedley Brown) of Indian Bay, brother; Richard (Ruby) of Indian Bay, sister; Grace (Spencer Cutler) Indian Bay, grandchildren; Christopher (Christine), Jennifer (Dave), Danielle (Navi), Sarah (Paul), Nicole (Mike), Jonathan (Nicole), Amanda (Wessam), Victoria (Eric), Shawn, Brianna, Kimberly, great-grandchildren; Colton, Eliot, Eve, Lily, Rebecca, Ewan, Brayden, Jackson, Mallory, Addison, Colin, Ben, Emma, sister-in-law; Maggie Hunt, brothers-in-law; Peter (Ada) Parsons, Harvey (Pauline) Parsons and a large circle of other relatives and many friends.

Resting at St. Barnabas Anglican Church, Centreville from where his funeral service will take place on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at 2 P.M. with Rev. David Coffin officiating. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Anglican Church Cemetery, Indian Bay. As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to the Parsons Family and they will decide on monetary disbursements.
