It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one at Lakeside Homes, Gander on Monday, July 11, 2016 Phyllis Marguerite Carter age 85 years of Badger's Quay. Resting at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove.
Predeceased by her parents Sophie and Eli Cross; husband Stewart Claude Carter; sisters Blanche Spurrell(Obadiah), Mary Stratton(Eldon) and Kate Spurrell(Kenneth); brothers William Cross(Aletha) and Bruce Cross(Rhoda). Left with fond and loving memories are her son Herman(Edith) of Badger's Quay; brother George Cross(Joan) of Badger's Quay; grandchildren James, Denise Stokes(Michael) and Darlene Button(Kristopher); great-grandchildren Bailey and Brady; and a large circle of other relatives and friends.
Funeral service to take place at St. Alban's Anglican Church, Badger's Quay on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Tim Graham officiating. Interment to follow at The Anglican Church Cemetery, Badger's Quay.
As an expression sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to The SPCA Gander.

Wednesday 10 -12 noon, 2 - 4 pm & 7 - 9 pm
