It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 Peter Pond age 82 years of Trinity. Predeceased by his parents; Nathan and Annie Pond, wife; Minnie, son; Wilfred and son-in-law; Lorne Wells. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his son; Ivan (Claudette) of Gander, daughters; Janet (James Feltham ) of Trinity, Josephine of Gander, Mary Jane (Tony Wells) of Ontario and Mildred (Allister Collins) of Trinity, brother; Zaccheaus (Lynn) of Gander, grandchildren; Pamela Ballot, Shawn Wells, Wilfred Feltham, Amanda Brown, Jennifer Pond, Sheila Pond, Becca Pond, Samantha Wells, Taylor Wells, Felicia Collins and Ivan Collins, 11 great grandchildren and a large circle of other family and friends. Funeral service took place at St. Alban's Anglican Church, Trinity on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Daphne Parsons officiating. Interment followed at The Anglican Cemetery, Trinity. As an expression of sympathy donations in his memory may be made to The Cancer Clinic, Gander.
