It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one at The Health Sciences Centre, St. John's on Friday, May 13, 2022 Perry Ralph Cook age 55 years of Wareham.

Predeceased by his parents Marie and Ralph Cook; brother Elvis Cook.

Leaving to mourn with loving and cherished memories are his wife Linda; son Dillon (Alyssa Norris) of Wareham; daughter Candace (Kevin Pickett) of Centreville; grandchildren Destiney and Noah Pickett; sister Connie (Bruce Hunt) of Centreville; parents-in-law Eliza and Clarence Matthews of Wareham; brother-in-law Roger Matthews (Gloria) of Wareham; nieces, nephews, and a large circle of relatives, friends and co-workers.

Visitation will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at 1 P.M - 2 P.M.(  Family)  and

2 P.M. - 7 P.M. ( Public)

Funeral service will take place on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 10:30 A.M. at St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, Wareham with Rev. Daphne Parsons officiating. Interment will follow at St. John the Baptist Anglican Church Cemetery, Wareham.

As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in Perry's memory may be made to the family. A decision on monetary disbursements will be made later.
