It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at Dr. Y. K. Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre, Brookfield, Paul Burry age 63 years of Greenspond.

Predeceased by his parents Martin and Elizabeth Burry; sister Pauline Whelan; brother-in-law Rex Stirling.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife Valerie; son Nick (Meaghan) of Paradise; daughter Jenilee Givens (Shawn) of Alberta; grandchildren Jaxon, Aric, Tayden and Mila; sister Grace Stirling of Pasadena; brother-in-law Brendan Whelan; and a large circle of other relatives and many friends.

To know Paul was truly a gift, and a moment in his presence ensured a laugh. He was a humble yet jovial soul. Paul was a family man who always put the needs of others before his own. Paul would never shy away from hard work, and always had a task to be completed . He enjoyed most of his down time at his favorite place , his beautiful cabin on the ridge. Anyone who knew Paul knew that Valerie was never far behind, the two were an inseparable match. He was deeply involved in the lives of his family and friends, and he will be missed beyond measure.

As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Paul's memory to The Burry Family, they will decide at a later date on monetary disbursements.

At Paul's request, cremation has taken place.
