It is with very heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear loved one at Dr.Y.K.Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre, Brookfield on Sunday, October 14, 2018, Olive Priscilla Norris age 91 years of Newtown.
Predeceased by her husband Charles Norris, grandson; Patrick Blackmore, parents; Herbert and Murtis Tiller, sister; Rita Gulliford and brother Edward Tiller. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are daughters; Ruby (Heath Ellis) of Nova Scotia, Linda (Patrick Blackmore) of Newtown, Rosalyn (Wade Blackwood) of Mount Pearl, Judy (Terry Stagg) of Newtown, sister and daughter by heart, Betty Gallagher of Gander, grandchildren; Michael (Cindy), Crystal Dawn (Colin), Gretchen (Steve), John (Dominica), Justin (Rachel), Andrew (Courtney), Ashley (Victor), Jordan, Jenna (Josh), Matthew (Tiffany) and Travis (Rhonda), great grandchildren; Emily Rose, Heath, Samantha, Melissa, Taylor, Colby, Nashon, Jesse, Zachary, Megan, Leah, Abigail, Emma, Isla, Lilibeth, Cole, Jax and Kai, sisters; Mae Vincent of Newtown, Louise Hillier of Newtown and Sophie Mclean of Gander, brothers; Joseph and Beulah of Gander, Norman and Monica of Gander, Charles and Lenora of Stephenville, also a large circle of other relatives and friends.
Resting at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 17, at 11 A.M. at St. Luke's Anglican Church, Newtown with Rev. Tim Graham officiating assisted by Rev. Lorne and Roberta Bungay. Interment will follow at St. Luke's Anglican Church Cemetery, Newtown. As an expression of sympathy flowers are greatly accepted or donations may be made in Olive's memory to St. Luke's Anglican Church Cemetery Fund, Newtown, and in memory of Olive's grandson Patrick Blackmore donations may also be made to the Autism Society of Newfoundland.
