It is with very heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear loved one on Friday, December 26, 2014 at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John's, NL, Neta Cavell Best age 78 years of Wesleyville. Predeceased by her parents Job and Annie Stokes; brother Gerald; sisters Lydia and Ellen; brothers-in-law John Fitzgerald and Gordon Petten. Left with fond and loving memories are her husband Stewart; sons Derrick(Patsy) of Wesleyville and Andy(Cynthia) of Wesleyville; daughter Michelle(Darren) of Wesleyville; brothers Seymour(Verna) of Cape Freels, Frank(Hazel) of Cape Freels; Esau(Maggie) of Cape Freels; Harold(Daisy) of Bareneed and Wayne(Jocelyn) of Cape Freels; sister Elsie Petten of Cape Freels; 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren. Resting at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove. Funeral service will take place on Monday, December 29 at 2 P.M. at the Pentecostal Church, Valleyfield. Interment will follow at the United Church Cemetery, Cape Freels. As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Neta's memory to The Daffodil Place, St. John's or to Ronald Macdonald House, St.John's.
