It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Sunday, December 30, 2018 at his residence in Musgrave Harbour, Neil Russell age 64 years. Visitations will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Musgrave Harbour. Funeral service will take place on Friday, January 4, 2019 at 2 P.M. at The Salvation Army Citadel, Musgrave Harbour with Captains Laura and Tim Jenkins officiating. As an expression of sympathy and in his memory, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made to The Family.
