Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, Myrtle Maud Goodyear age 80 years of Gander formerly of Wesleyville.

Predeceased by her husband Roland; brothers Joseph Fifield and Howard Fifield; sisters Selma Corbet, Minnie Bishop and Pearl Parsons. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her son Bill(Michelle) of Gander; daughter Selma(Ian) of Eastport; sister Olive Andrews of Point Leamington; grandchildren Codey, Kyla, Melinda, Mitchell and Andrew; great-grandchildren Shakeilla, Brayden, Savanna, David, Aiden, Makenna, Branson, Tyson, Bentley, Claire, Evelyn, Ella, Grayson, Kayden, Carter, Greyson and Penelope; along with many nephews, nieces, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and friends.

Visitation will be held at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove from where her funeral service will take place on Wednesday, September 11 at 2 P.M. with Rev. George Kean officiating. Inurnment to follow at Jubilee United Church Cemetery, Wesleyville. In keeping with Myrtle's wishes, cremation has taken place.

As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in her memory to The Goodyear Family. A decision on monetary disbursements will be made at a later date.

Visitation:

Tuesday;   2 P.M  -  4  P.M.   &    7  P.M.  -  9  P.M.

Wednesday;    10  A.M.  -  12  P.M.
