It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at Carmanville, NL, Matthew Bradley Ackerman age 29 years, formerly of Labrador City.

Leaving to mourn his passing are his mom Bobbi Ackerman (Leroy); dad Brad King (Roxanne); partner Jade Hillier; sons Bentley and Forrest Ackerman and their unborn sister; grandparents Barry Ackerman, Wallace and Patricia King, Elaine Ackerman; aunts Suzanne King, Sandi Ackerman (Kirk) and Leah Ackerman.

Funeral service will take place at St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, Wareham on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Renee Easton officiating. Inurnment to follow at The Old Anglican Cemetery, Wareham.

As an expression of sympathy donations in Matthew's memory may be made to the family.
