It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one at Bonnews Lodge, Badger's Quay on Saturday, December 21, 2024 Mary Alberta Winters age 72 years of Wesleyville.

Predeceased by her parents Lloyd and Flossie Stokes; husband Walter Winters; son Christopher Danby; brothers Carson Stokes, Calvin Stokes and Hayward Stokes.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her brothers Barry (Deanna) of Cape Freels, Kevin (Jackie) of Cape Freels, Lacie (Louise) of Cape Freels and Junior (Sue) of Gander; sister Phyllis (Sterling) of C.B.S.; sisters in-law Marilyn Stokes of Kilbride, Yvonne Stokes of Cape Freels and Darlene Templeman-Stokes of B.C.; 3 granddaughters; several nieces and nephews; and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

At Mary's request cremation will take place.

Visitation after cremation will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove on Sunday, December 22, 2024 from  7 - 9 p.m. (Public).

Funeral service will be held at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove on Monday, December 23, 2024 at 2 p.m. with Rev. L. Daka officiating. Inurnment to follow at The United Cemetery, Wesleyville.

As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in Mary's memory may be made to Dr. Y. K. Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre, Brookfield.
