It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our  loved one on  Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at Bonnews Lodge, Badger's Quay, Martha Elizabeth Humphries age 93 years of Newtown.

Predeceased by parents; Jesse and Susan Hillier, husband; Charlie, infant son and son; Samuel, daughter; Vina, granddaughter; Lori, great granddaughter; Clare, grandson; Jason, brothers; Carl and Abel, daughter-in-law; Pauline, son-in-law; Ross and brother-in-law; Cyril.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are sons; Leo (Bonnie) of Brookfield, Jesse (Joyce) of Templeman, Derrick (Paula) of Newtown, daughters; Peggy Goodyear of Paradise, Wanda (Jim Goodyear) of Lumsden, Susan (Gordon Brown) of Wesleyville, brother; Leo (Jean) of Conne River, sisters; Doris Humphries of Wesleyville, Daisy (Harold Perry) of Newtown, sisters-in-law; Mildred Hillier of Newtown, Louise Hillier of Newtown, grandchildren; Darren, Michelle, Vanessa ,Jessica, Dwayne, Heather, Robert, Ashley, Jeanelle, Brittany, Pamela, Patricia, Kristy, Gregory, great grandchildren; Lesley Anne, Ryan, Meagan, Mackenzie, Christopher, Charlie, Max, Rossley, Kallie, Toby, Nicholas, Morgan, Nate, Leo, Taige, Lukin, Eden, Kyle, Sydney, Priya, Gabe, Spencer, Benjamin, great- great grandson; Zayne and a large circle of other relatives and many friends.

Resting at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove. Funeral service will take place on Saturday, April 20 at 2 P.M. at Trinity United Church, Newtown with Rev. Larry Noseworthy officiating. Interment will follow at the Cape Freels Cemetery, Cape Freels.

As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in Martha's memory may be made to the Cape Freels Cemetery, Cape Freels.
