It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear loved one on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at Dr. Y. K. Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre, Brookfield, Mark Llewellyn Goodyear age 80 years of Lumsden. Predeceased by his parents Louisa and George Goodyear, his brothers James and Abraham and his sister Trixie Goodyear. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife Irene, son Randell (Christine), daughter Rhonda (Jeff), grandson Nicholas, sisters Leon (Edgar) Stagg and Julia (Donald) Bowns, his special little four legged friend Jeanie and a large circle of other relatives and friends. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made in his memory to The Goodyear Family, they will decide on monetary disbursements at a later date. In keeping with Mark's wishes Cremation has taken place. Funeral service will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove on Saturday, October 12 at 2 P.m.  with Rev. Larry Noseworthy officiating. Inurnment will follow at Wesley United Church Cemetery, Lumsden.
