It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother on Monday, April 14, 2025 at Dr. Y. K. Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre, Brookfield, NL, Margaret Denvir White age 78 years of Greenspond, NL.

Margaret was born Oct. 1, 1946, to Percy and Ruth Woodland. On February 10, 1965 she married her childhood sweetheart, Graham White. Together they raised three children, Beverley, Trudi and Justin who were her pride and joys. Then along came grandchildren; Tristan  (Victoria), Allison (Kevin), Shane (Brittany), Aaron, Bentley, Carter and Faith. Great Grandchildren; Sarah, Douglas, Sophia and Drew who made her feel truly blessed.

Margaret was a longtime organist for the Greenspond United Church as well as a member of the UCW. She was also the first woman councilor on the Greenspond town council.

Margaret is predeceased by husband Graham, parents Percy and Ruth, son in-law Derrick and brother in-law Calvin.

Leaving to mourn; daughters Beverley, Trudi ( Rodney), Son Justin (Amy), brother Norman and sister Heather. Sisters in-law Cavell and Ivy. Also her very special friends, Sheila, Carol Ann, Viola and Jill.

She will never be forgotten, but always forever missed.

At Margaret's request, Cremation will take place.

Funeral service will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove, NL  for INVITED FAMILY and FRIENDS ONLY on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 2 P.M. with Rev. Lorne  Bungay officiating and assisted by Rev. Roberta Vincent-Bungay. Inurnment will follow at the Interfaith Cemetery, Shamblers Cove, Greenspond, NL.
