Lloyd John
Gill
November 8, 1944 – April 15, 2024
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our loved one on Monday, April 15, 2024 at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, NL, Lloyd John Gill age 79 years of Trinity, B. Bay, NL.
Lloyd was a very religious man. His Bible was always by his side even when he traveled to see family or friends. His love for his family was unconditional. He was a man of very few words. Loved his fishing and spending time with his friends. Everyone that had any contact with Lloyd at all thought he was the sweetest man they ever met. He dearly loved his wife Betty and was always by her side. His three children Terry, Belinda, and Tammy were his life. When the grandchildren started arriving he was over the moon with excitement and everyone of them felt his love. Then came the great grandchildren and once again he was there to meet and love them all. The memories will always remain in all our hearts forever.
Lloyd is predeceased by his parents Peter and Lydia Gill; parents in-law Harvey and Blanche Brown; grandson Sheldon Gill; brother Joseph Gill; sisters-in-law Francis and Gloria Gill; brothers-in-law Eldred Brown and Harvey Jr. Brown.
