It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Sunday, September 13, 2026 at Dr. Y. K. Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre, Brookfield, Lindsay Pickett age 80 years of Centreville.

 He is predeceased by his father Eldon, mother Anne-Ellen, brothers James and Matthais, sisters Violet, Audrey, Kathleen and Margaret. Left to mourn are his wife Linda, sons Michael and Andrew, daughter Paula (Isaac) and brother David (Eileen).

Lindsay spent 30 years as a teacher. He spent his retirement years enjoying the outdoors hunting and fishing and spending time in his cabin relaxing and enjoying nature.

Visitation, family service and funeral service will take place at St. Barnabas Anglican Church, Centreville

Visitation - Wednesday 2pm - 4pm & 7pm - 8:30pm

Family service will take place Wednesday at 8:30pm

Funeral service will take place on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 2pm with Rev. Maxine Abbott officiating.

Inurnment will take place at a later date.
