It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear loved one at Dr. Y.K. Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre, Brookfield, on Friday, November 6, 2015, Lester Hoyles age 86 years of Pool's Island. Predeceased by his wife; Jessie, parents; Evelyn and Jesse Hoyles, sisters; Jean Davis, Gertrude Thornhill and Nina Hoyles, son-in-law; James Burry, parents-in-law; George and Pauline Janes and brothers-in-law; Fred and Clarence Janes. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his sons; Robert (Donna) of Mt. Pearl, Clarence of Wabush, Dennis of Mt. Pearl and Colin (Trudy) of Pool`s Island, daughters; Nina Burry of Pool`s Island, Emma Gale (Lloyd) of Pool`s Island, Sandra Nash (Gordon) of Mt. Pearl, Pamela Fifield (Peter) of Mt. Pearl and Daphne Hunt of St. John`s, brother; Hubert of Mt. Pearl, brother-in-law; Cyril Janes (Betty) of Paradise, grandchildren; Paula (Leonard), Jason (Kierstan), Cory, Darrell (Cindy), Ryan (Pam), Michael, Jerry (Christa), David, Kelli (Dave), Lori (Robert), Ashley (Mark), Travis (Crystal), Allison and Jamie, great grandchildren; Jacob, Taylor, Garrett, Carter, Kylie, Halle, Sam, Landon, Jessi, Henry, Victor, Harley, Myah, Clarke, Cadence and Ben, also his home support worker and special friend; Mildred Sheppard and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Funeral service will take place on Monday, November 9, 2015 at 2 P.M. at St. James Anglican Church, Pool`s Island with Rev. Tim Graham officiating. Interment will follow at St. James Anglican cemetery, Pool`s Island. As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to St. James Anglican Church, Pool's Island.
