It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our cherished son, brother, grandson and nephew on Saturday November 15, 2025 after a long battle with mental illness, Koen Fraser Keith Winsor age 21 years.
Leaving to mourn with beautiful memories are his Parents; Sheldon and Tina Winsor, Sister; Taya of CBS, Grandparents; Joseph & Violet Best, Fraser Winsor of Wesleyville, Uncle; Keith(Maureen) of Labrador City, Aunts; Vondale(Vyrm) of Dover, Paula(Jeff) of Mount Pearl, Lori(Roger) of Labrador City, Wanda Best of Valleyfield, Wendy(Larry) of Wesleyville, Cousins; Clinton, Kayla, Elizabeth, Melissa, Greer, Taylor, Jessie and Morgan, Pet Pooses; Dexter & Jed.
Predeceased by Grandmother Vera(nee Best )Winsor and cherished pet Laci.
From the moment of his birth in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Koen was the most loving and amazing son any parent could ever wish for. His parents were so very proud of absolutely everything he ever did - either good or bad. He was so proud to be a big brother to his sister & best friend, Taya. Growing up when you would see one, the other would never be far behind. Koen had a gentle soul and a huge heart - he thrived on any opportunity to help anyone, no matter their age, disposition or appearance. He showed tremendous respect to absolutely everyone that he encountered. Koen spent his free time either playing his games online or hanging out with his beloved cats Dexter and Jed.

Visitation for immediate Family on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 7 P.M. - 9 P.M.
Visitation for Family and Close Friends on Friday, November 21 at 2 P.M. - 4 P.M. & 7 P.M. - 8 P.M.
Funeral service will take place on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 2pm at Jubilee United Church, Wesleyville with Rev. Lorne Bungay and Rev. Roberta Vincent-Bungay officiating.
As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Koen's memory to The Winsor Family, they will decide at a later date on monetary disbursements.
