It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one Kathleen Boland age 84 years of Newtown on Sunday, January 22, 2023 at Dr. Y. K. Jeon Kittiwake Health Center, Brookfield.

Predeceased by her parents; Caroline and William Howell, sisters; Betty, Dorothy and Ada, brothers; Calvin and Raymond, husband; Harry and special son-in-law; Marty MacIntyre.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are sons; Scott (Janice) of Valleyfield and Michael (Roxanne) of Pound Cove, daughters; Judy (David) of Newtown, Dawn (Steven) of Appleton and Amanda (Hal) of Pasadena, brothers; John (Donna) of St. John's and Lloyd (Edith) of Labrador City, sisters; Winnie of St. John's and Bonnie (Ernest) of Grand Bank, grandchildren; David Jr. (Sandra), Travis (Jessica), Ryan (Lynette), Victoria (Dylan), Tyra and Adam, great grandchildren; Jessica, Curtis, Gavin, Kylie, Rachael, Levi, Greyson, Bennett and Kinsley and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove on Monday, January 23rd from 2 - 4 p.m. (family) & 7 - 9 p.m. (public); Tuesday, January 24th from 2 - 4 p.m. & 7 - 9 p.m.

Funeral service will be held at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove on Wednesday, January 25th at 11 a.m. with Rev. Lorne Bungay officiating. Interment to follow at Trinity United Church Cemetery, Newtown.

As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in Kathleen's memory may be made to Trinity United Church Cemetery Fund, Newtown.
