It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our loved one on Friday, March 10, 2023 at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, Julianne Cook age 67 years of Trinity, Bonavista Bay.

Predeceased by her father; Albert Smith, daughter; Tina, brother; Murray Smith, parents-in-law; Harold and Susie Cook and brother-in-law; Wilfred Cook.

Julianne leaves to mourn her mother; Helen Smith, husband; Glenn of 49 years, son; Ricky Cook (Tracy), granddaughters; Rebecca Brown and Tara Brown of Welland, Ontario, grandson; Dylan Benoit and great granddaughter; Oaklynn Brown of Welland, Ontario, brothers; Edward Smith (Elizabeth) of St. Catherines, Ontario, Larry Smith of Oshawa, Ontario, Michael Smith (Bella) of Ontario, Joseph Smith (Elaine) of Digby, Nova Scotia and John Smith (Sue Johnson) of Ontario, sister-in-law; Marlene Collins (Brian) of Trinity, brothers-in-law; Craig Cook (Doreen Matthews) of Trinity, Barry Cook of Trinity, Wade Cook (Lynn) of Wareham and Scott Cook of Ontario and uncle Ralph Cook along with a large circle of family and friends.

Visitation will take place at St. Alban's Anglican Church, Trinity

Monday, 2 pm - 6 pm & Tuesday, 1 pm - 6 pm

Followed by funeral service on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at 11 am with Rev. Daphne Parsons officiating. Interment will follow at St. Alban's Anglican cemetery, Trinity.

As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to The Cook Family and a decision on monetary disbursements will be made at a later date.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the physicians, nurses and all of the staff at James Paton Memorial Hospital. The amazing care received will never be forgotten.
