It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one , surrounded by his loving family , on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at The Health Sciences Centre, St. John's, Joseph Kelly age 65 Years of Wareham.

Predeceased by parents; Thomas and Bridget (McDonald) Kelly, sisters; Madonna Kelly and Rita Glynn, brothers; Louis Kelly, Dominic Kelly and Gordon Kelly, parents-in-law; Lillian Collins, Frederick Bown and Stanley Collins, brothers-in-law; Stanley Collins, Lloyd Bown and nephew; Andrew Collins.

Leaving to mourn with beautiful memories are his loving wife; Bonnie (nee Bown) of 45 years, daughters; Trina (Craig) Glover of Trinity, April (Shane) Mackenzie of Caribou River, NS, granddaughters; Vanessa, Valerie (Ryan), Jasmine and Kylie, great granddaughters; Alia Shaw and Baby Oaklyn Ford  due in January, sister; Anne Collins of Hare Bay, brothers and sisters-in-law; Joyce Kelly, Viola Kelly, Reggie Glynn, Cator (Isabell), Jean (Bernie), Denise, Bessie (Danny), Doreen, Seaward, Gord (Dallas), Scott (Joanne), Loretta and a large circle of nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.

Joe was very well known everywhere he went. His laughter could be heard from afar and no one left without laughter and a smile. He always had a joke on hand and a story or two. Watching hockey was his favourite pastime, he was a die hard Toronto Maple Leafs fan.

Joe lived his life to the fullest with his wife and best friend Bonnie by his side. Together they raised their two daughters whom he was extremely proud of. His granddaughters were his pride and joy and he spoiled them every chance he got.

"Joe was loved by many, such a great man gone to soon."

Bonnie and family would like to thank the Doctors and Nurses of The Health Sciences Centre, St. John's for their care and compassion.

Resting at St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, Wareham on Friday, December 29, 2023 with Public Visitation starting 2 P.M. - 4 P.M. & 7 P.M. - 9 P.M.,

Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 2 P.M. - 4 P.M. & 7 P.M. - 9 P.M., Sunday, December 31, 2023 at 10 A.M - 1 P.M. followed by the

funeral  service  at 2 P.M. with Rev. Maxine Abbott officiating. Interment will follow at St. John the Baptist Anglican Church Cemetery, Wareham.

As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Joe's memory to The Kelly Family who will decide at a later date on monetary disbursements.
