It is with great sadness that the family of John Granter announce his passing at his home in Greenspond on May 18, 2021 at the age of 64 years.

Predeceased by his parents Job and Myrtle Granter; sister Joan McFadden; father-in-law Barry Knee.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife Sandra; son Luke (Melinda) of Greenspond; daughter Jessica (Tyler) of Greenspond; grandson Thomas; brothers Glenn (Edith) of Rocky Harbour, Bill (Pat) of New Hampshire; Max (Suzanne) of C.B.S. and Eugene (Evelyn) of Corner Brook; sisters Ada (Sam) of St. John's and Jean of Calgary, AB.; mother-in-law Beatrice Knee of Wesleyville; brother-in-law Wayne McFadden of New Hampshire; and a large circle of other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove Thursday 1 - 4 p.m. and Friday 1 - 4 p.m. following COVID - 19 recommendations and guidelines.

Funeral service will be held at St. Stephen's Anglican Church, Greenspond on Saturday, May, 22, 2021 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Hannah Dicks officiating. Interment to follow at The Interfaith Cemetery, Shambler's Cove.

As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in John's memory may be made to the family. A decision of monetary disbursements will be made later.
