It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at Dr. Y.K.Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre, Brookfield, NL, Joan Tucker age 89 years of Newtown, NL.

Predeceased by parents; Herbert and Annie Gill, Infant son; Alvin Stanley, brothers; Alpheaus Gill and William Green and sister; Daisy Davis.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are husband; Stanley, son; Barry (Heather) of Newtown, daughter; Audrey (Alvin) of Newtown, grandchildren; Christa (Jerry), Gina (Shane), great-grandchildren; Landon and Myah and a circle of other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will begin on Friday, December 1, 2023 at 7 P.M. - 8 P.M. (Immediate Family) and 8 P.M. - 9 P.M. (Extended family and close friends)

Funeral service will take place on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 10:30 A.M at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove with Rev. Lorne Bungay and Rev. Roberta Vincent - Bungay  officiating.

As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in her memory to the Trinity United Church, Cemetery Fund, Newtown, NL.
