It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one at Bonnews Lodge, Badger's Quay on Monday, May 25, 2015 Jack Carl Chaulk age 84 years of Lumsden.
Predeceased by his parents Nehemiah and Jessie Chaulk; 1st wife Emma; brothers Carl, Carmen(Eunice), Cyril(Martha) and Freeman; sisters Ethel(Peter) and Sybil(Lindsay). Left with fond and loving memories are his wife Janet; daughter Roxanne Cuff(Paul) of Musgrave Harbour; sisters Ruby Stokes(Elmore) of Deadman's Bay, Yvonne Pardy(Edgar) of Musgrave Harbour, Beulah Abbott(Beaton) of Musgrave Harbour and Jane Goodyear(Max) of Deadman's Bay; sister-in-law Winnie Chaulk of Deadman's Bay; his extended family, Ivy Mouland(Edgar- deceased) of Musgrave Harbour; Jerry Goodyear(Viola) of Deadman's Bay, Wade Goodyear(Bernice) of Deadman's Bay and Perry Goodyear(Susan) of Deadman's Bay; 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and a large circle of other relatives and friends.
Resting at The United Church, Deadman's Bay from where the funeral will take place on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 2 p.m. with Major Betty-Lou Topping officiating. Interment to follow at The Salvation Army Cemetery, Deadman's Bay.
