It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Friday, June 10, 2022 at Bonnews Lodge, Badger's Quay, NL, Ida Eleanor Winter age 88 years of Badger's Quay, NL

Predeceased by her parents Thomas and Annie Bungay; husband Walter; daughters Eva and Brenda; sons Wayne, Aaron and Dwight; grandson Leonard; daughter-in law Patsy; special friend Alita Cross whom she resided with for 12 years.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her sons Roland (Carmelita) of Marystown and William (Ita) of Renews; daughters Margaret (Don) of Hare Bay, Louise of St. John's and Marilyn (Murlen) of GrandFalls-Windsor; daughter-in law Bernita of Slave Lake, AB.; sons-in-law Pearce of Valleyfield, Ambrose of Trepassey and Robert of St. John's; 17 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great- grandchildren; special friend Joanne Cross; special niece Vera Strange; and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

2 P.M. - 4 P.M. (Public), 7 P.M. - 9 P.M. (Public), Sunday, June 12, 2022 at 2 P.M. - 4 P.M.

Funeral service will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home of Sunday, June 12, 2022 at 5 P.M. with Rev. Renee Easton officiating. Interment will follow at St. Alban's Anglican Church Cemetery, Badger's Quay.

As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Ida's memory to St. Alban's Anglican Church, Badger's Quay.
