It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one at Dr. Y. K. Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre, Brookfield on Monday, March 16, 2020 Herbert Wilson Howell age 70 years of Badger's Quay.

Predeceased by his parents Samuel and Effie Howell; father-in-law Winston Ricketts.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife Brenda; sons Corey of Oshawa, ON. and Lindsay (Sarah) of Dawson Creek, BC.; daughter Jewel (Paul Neil) of Badger's Quay; grandchildren Joshua, Zachary, Matthew, Maddison, Hailey, Mya, Leigha, Ethan, Jaxson and Bently; brother Nathan (Marilyn) of Badger's Quay; sisters Rosemarie (Dennis Hounsell) of Wesleyville and Alice (Terry Tulk) of Mt. Pearl; mother-in-law May Ricketts of Valleyfield; sister-in-law Christine (Harry Winter) of Valleyfield, Carson Ricketts (Carlene) of Summerside, PEI. and Dwight Ricketts of Calgary, AB.; and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

At Herbert's request cremation has taken place.

In lieu of flowers donations in Herbert's memory may be made to The Howell Family. A decision on monetary disbursements will be made at a later date.

Service of Remembrance will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home on Thursday at 7 p.m. with Major's Robert and Cassie Kean officiating.

Due to the recent advisory re: COVID - 19, Visitation will be limited to family and close friends with funeral service of 50 people or less. We appreciate your support at this difficult time but the health and safety of family, general public and staff is very important.
