It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander on Friday, April 14, 2023 Lucy "Helen" Morgan age 82 years of Carmanville.

Helen, a loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother will be greatly missed.

She is reunited in heaven with her husband Arch Morgan, baby Grace Morgan, her brother Randolph Coles and with her parents Howard and Elsie Coles, and her brother in-law Don Russell.

Leaving to love her in memory are her daughters; Myra Morgan(Joe Goodyear) and Janice Goodyear(Dexter Goodyear), grandchildren; Mandy Morgan, Dillan Poole(Anna Collins), and Deneika Goodyear, great grandchildren; Chase and Rachel Miller, Drake Poole and Ryland Goodyear, sister; Melinda Russell, sister in-law; Violet Coles and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

Helen was a quiet lady who loved her family, baking and enjoying her flowers and vegetable garden. She would usually be found making sure supper was on the table, pulling weeds, sewing, and lighting up when her grandchildren pulled in the garden. Anyone that knew her knew how special she was.
A special thank you to Golden Years Estates, her home care workers, and the doctors and staff at James Paton Memorial Hospital for their care and compassion.

Visitation will take place at The Salvation Army Citadel, Carmanville on Sunday, April 16th from 7 - 9 p.m. (Family); Monday April 17th from 2 - 4 p.m. & 7 - 9 p.m. (Public). Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, April 18th at 2 p.m. with Majors Barry and Donna Anstey officiating.

Interment to follow at The Salvation Army Cemetery, Carmanville South.

As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in Helen's memory may be made to The Alzheimer's Society.
