Hazel Irene Sainsbury age 88 years of Wesleyville, NL

Predeceased by her parents Tobias and Grace Hann (Hall) and step-father Archibald Hall; husband Edward Sainsbury; step-siblings Peter (Ester), Jess (Carrie), Howard (Sophie), Walter (Lorraine), Lillian (Charlie), Hazel (Raymond) and Kate (Edward); sister in-law Marina Sainsbury.

Leaving to mourn with cherished memories are her son David (Evelyn) of Wesleyville; daughter Kathryn (Fred) of Stephenville; sister in-law Annie (Dr. Robert Kelly) of London, ON.; grandchildren Jennifer (Robert Humphries), Jonathan (Ashley), Lisa (Charles Hann), Hannah and Kimberly Robertson; great-grandchildren Nate and Leo Humphries, Victor and Jake Hann, Hazel Mae and David Sainsbury; and a large circle of extended family and friends.

Thank you to the staff of the Special Care Unit at Lakeside Homes, Gander for their compassionate and loving care of Mom during her stay there. They are truly special individuals.

Visitation will take place at Kittiwake Funeral home on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 7 P.M. - 9 P.M. (Public) and

Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 2 P.M. - 4 P.M. and 7 P.M. - 8 :30 P.M. (Public)

Funeral service will take place on Friday, March 31, 2023 at 10 A.M. at Jubilee United Church, Wesleyville with Rev. Daka officiating.

Interment will follow at the OLD United Church Cemetery, Wesleyville.

As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Jubilee United Church, Wesleyville.
