It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at Dr. Y .K. Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre, Brookfield, NL, Gladstone Frank Dyke age 63 years of Wareham.

Predeceased by his parents; Nathaniel and Deborah, sister; Josephine (Frank) Collins, brothers; Melvin and Gordon and sister-in-law; Lillian.

Leaving to mourn sister; Leah (Norman), brothers; Nathan, Raymond (Brenda), Spencer (Joyce), Baxter (Marilyn), Shawn (Sherry) and Michael (Angela) and sisters-in-law; Blanche and Cynthia. Also leaving to mourn a long line of nephews and nieces and a large circle of extended family and friends.

Frank was well known in the community. He enjoyed spending time at the arena watching all the kids skating. He loved to sing at all the events, you could always hear him singing a song walking up or down the road, talking to everyone he would see. He had to have a chat and make everyone smile.

Anyone that knew Frank knew he had a way to brighten even the greyest of days! He will be truly missed in the community. Frank is a memorable person and there have been many memories made throughout the years. Frank will always be loved and never forgotten.

Thank you to the hospital staff and his hom e care workers for all their love and support in caring for Frankie.

Visitation will take place at St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, Wareham on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at 2 P.M. - 4 P.M. & 7 P.M. - 9 P.M. and Sunday, February 22, 2026 at 2 P.M. - 4 P.M. & 7 P.M. - 9 P.M.

Funeral service will take place on Monday, February 23, 2026 at  1 P.M. at St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, Wareham with Rev. Maxine Abbott officiating. Interment will follow at the Anglican Church Cemetery, Wareham.

As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to The Dyke Family.
