It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one at Lakeside Homes, Gander on Sunday, January 3, 2016, Gertrude Hicks age 90 years of Musgrave Harbour. Pre-deceased by husband Edgar, daughter Althea, sister Nellie Abbott, brothers Willard Abbott and Winthrop Abbott. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are her two sons; Randy(Nancy) and Ross(Judith) all of Musgrave Harbour, three grandchildren; Hillary, Taylor and Daniel. As well as a number of other relatives and friends.

Resting at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Musgrave Harbour. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, January 5 at 2 P.M. at St. Luke's United Church, Musgrave Harbour with Rev. Lorne Bungay officiating. Interment to follow at St. Luke's United Church cemetery, Musgrave Harbour.

As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Newfoundland and Labrador or to the St. Luke's United Church in Musgrave Harbour.
