It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at Dr. Y.K. Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre, Brookfield, NL, Genevieve Lorraine Pond age 73 years of Badger's Quay, NL.

Predeceased by her parents Jack(Jonathan) and Violet Winsor; husband Donald; brother David Winsor; sister Betty Potuer (nee Winsor).

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories is her son David (Tracy Lawrence) of CBS; Susan Pond (Shane Hounsell) of Badger's Quay and April Ashleigh (Neville) of Halifax, NS.; grandchildren Victoria, Anissa (Kalem), Olivia, Abigail, Jacob, Keaira, Alivia, Ethan and Wyatt; great grandchildren Audrey, Jayden, Jackson and Parker; brother Eric Winsor of Wesleyville; Katherine Hynes (Marshall Hunt) of Gander and Carrie Firmage (Gilbert) of Wareham; and a large circle of other relatives and many friends.

Public Visitation on Friday, June 30, 2023 at 2 P.M. - 4 P.M. & 7 P.M. - 9 P.M.

Saturday, July 1, 2023 at 10:30 A.M. - 12 P.M.

Funeral service will take place on Saturday, July 1, 2023 at 2 P.M. at St. Alban's Anglican Church, Badger's Quay with Rev. Renee Easton officiating. Interment will follow at St. Alban's Anglican Church Cemetery, Badger's Quay, NL.

As an expression of sympathy,  flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Genny's memory to The Pond Family, they will decide at a later date on monetary disbursements.
