Gary Ralph Hopkins March 12, 1962 – July 11, 2021

It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother at the age of 59.

Predeceased by his mother Kay, father Ralph, father-in-law Jethro, mother-in-law Mildred, brothers-in-law Roger, George, Harry T. Sr. and Paul.

Gary will be forever loved and missed by his wife Paula, son Jonathan (Natasha), daughter Amanda (Sean) and his three beautiful granddaughters Annelie, Summer and Melody. Gary also leaves behind his sister Sharon (Glen), his brothers Randy (Jennifer), Ken, sisters-in-law Judy (Felix), Vonnie, Brenda (Rick), Margaret, Mona, Hayley, brothers-in-law Harry (Kay), Wade (Sharon), James (Olive) and many nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by a large circle of friends and family as well as his two little fur buddies Zoey and Casey.

Visitation and funeral service will take place following COVID-19 recommendations and guidelines. If you would like to attend the visitation or funeral, please call Paula at 655-2409.

Cremation will take place as per his wishes.

Visitation will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Musgrave Harbour on Friday, July 16, 2021 at 12Noon - 2 pm, f ollowed by a celebration of Gary's life which will take place at 2:30 p.m. from St. Luke's United Church, Musgrave Harbour with Rev. Larry Noseworthy officiating. Inurnment will follow at The United Church Cemetery, Musgrave Harbour.

As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in Gary's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
